This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Summit Sports And Marketing Ltd (Company No. 16018287).

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital content (including downloadable eBooks and embedded video material) delivered instantly after purchase. No physical items or booked are shipped.

All products sold on this website are clearly described as digital downloads (PDF and video content) and are not physical books.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product only.

We do not provide refunds where a customer mistakenly believed they were purchasing a physical item, where the product description clearly stated that the item is digital.

No Returns On Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns once a product has been purchased and accessed.

Waiver Of 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers in the UK and EU normally have the right to cancel purchases within 14 days.

However, this right is waived for digital content where:

  • The content is supplied immediately, and
  • The customer has given express consent to receive the content instantly, and
  • The customer acknowledges that they lose their right to cancel

By purchasing our digital products, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.

Refund Eligibility

We will only provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment or billing error)
  • You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve
  • The product is materially faulty

We do not provide refunds for:

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent or abusive chargebacks seriously.

A chargeback may be considered fraudulent or abusive where a customer:

  • Fails to contact us to attempt resolution before initiating a dispute
  • Misrepresents the nature of the transaction to their payment provider

Where we reasonably believe a chargeback is fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit evidence to the payment provider, including proof of purchase, delivery, access logs, and acceptance of terms
  • Challenge and dispute the chargeback in full
  • Suspend or permanently restrict access to our products and services
  • Refuse future transactions

We also reserve the right to recover any losses incurred as a result of fraudulent chargebacks, including administrative and processing costs, where permitted by applicable law.
